Our Builds

We have built more than 200 homes in Williamson and Maury Counties and continue to build 10-12 new homes per year

2019 Fall Community Build

During the 2019 Fall Community Build, groups from local organizations come together to raise $70,000 to build an affordable home for a local family in need.

We are excited to welcome Lindsey Chivers to our homeownership program.

Lindsey Chivers

Lindsey was born and raised in Franklin and graduated from Middle College High School. She attended Columbia State Community College and works at NHC Healthcare as a cook. She has a nine-year-old son named Pena, and once they move into their home, hope to grow their family with the addition of a dog.

Without Habitat, Lindsey believes that she would never had been able to purchase a home. She has really enjoyed the homeowner education classes she has taken to get ready for this big purchase and thinks that they should be taught in high schools. She says that her new found knowledge would “greatly benefit young people as they transition into adulthood.”
