Navigating life as a single parent, Seven knew that finding a stable and loving home for her family was her top priority. After moving multiple times since the birth of her 17-month-old son, Amari, she applied to Habitat for Humanity’s Homeownership Program.

This home is a symbol of Esther’s strength, faith, and determination to create a brighter future for herself and her children.

For Dequanda, having a stable and safe home is a dream come true and a testament to her resilience and faith. “I’ve had so many no’s. My mom always said to keep praying and don’t stop trying because a door will open up for you.”

After living in the same apartment complex for many years, Cynthia is ready to take the next step in achieving her financial goals.
